Day & Bell Surveyors
Tim entered the surveying profession through a degree in Wales and training with the Property Services Agency in Manchester, London and Liverpool. His depth of experience with West End office rent reviews allowed a smooth transition to RICS qualification and following a period with Edward Erdman Tim joined Black Horse Surveying Services in Whetstone.

Tim, Omur and many current colleagues of DAY AND BELL moved onwards through different company ownership but the loyal clients stayed with these incarnations and remain with DAY AND BELL today. Andrew has been a Chartered Surveyor since 1999 and has extensive commercial property experience in private practice and also client side estates surveyor roles at retailers First Quench Retailing and Sally Salon Services.

Andrew joined DAY AND BELL in 2011 and is closely involved with all commercial property management and landlord & tenant matters. Davin is the consultant for the property management accounts department. He relishes bank reconciliation and complex accounting problems, comfortably getting to grips with opening balances on new service charge instructions.

Your sign fell of the building nearly crushing a baby in a pram. The Managing Director then passed on the details of a woman whom could not be traced as the contractor "liable for these works" - numbers did not connect.
The Director also confirmed on a recorded phoneline that they don't work with this contractor anymore after one of their signs came down on Loop Lane. He then subsequently fed back in writing that this has never happened before, to my neighbour.
Not only are they refusing to accept liability for their shockingly appointed contractor, but we now have verbal and written records

Positive: Professionalism
Over the years, we've had a few local companies managing our block and we were tired of changing but then Day and Bell were recommended to us by some clients and we're really happy with the progress that they've been making. Highly professional, responsive and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
By far the best managing agents we have ever worked with. We have worked with many different companies over the years, Day and Bell are responsive, honest, efficient and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Two-year terrible experience. My worst memory and nightmare in London.

I could not agree with Steve Chalmers and Gergely Kadas more. I strongly recommend you to look elsewhere for your Management Services. One of their staff even tried to make an absurd distinction between "redecoration and repair", why not ask them about it! If they post that they don't know me , it is yet another attempt to avoid being open and transparent.
Ardern- not a common name. Would Mr John Ardern who posts a positive review be any relation to Ms Jane Ardern who works for Day and Bell??
Day and Bell- fall very short of expectation and their own on line pledges!

Day and Bell are the managing agents for the premises that we, until recently, rented for 12 years. Over the course of our tenancy we found them to be approachable, flexible and professional. If we had not moved due to a geographic change, we would have happily continued to rent our premises via their agency.

Horrible people to deal with, do not trust a word they say as they will have you over whenever they get an opportunity.
It never ceases to amaze me how people who on the surface seem quite smart can do the most silliest things business wise.
