Fantastic service throughout!! Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and responsive. When Francesca was out of the office, Lindsey jumped in immediately to give assistance and both always answered in a timely and thorough manner. The survey itself was booked in and scheduled quickly with detailed results arriving in just a few days. You are also able to jump on the phone with the surveyor (David) to discuss the report and any questions if needed.
HIGHLY recommend !

David, Francesca and team delivered a first class service to us at the peak of their busiest period leading up to the deadline for stamp duty exemption on 30th June 2021. We received a written report within 3 working days and the lending bank were very impressed with the level 3 report they presented.

This surveyor was suggested to me by the estate agents. There was a leak in the ceiling but he insisted it was not an issue. I asked for a specific survey of the problem. One year later, (in a new built) the roof started leaking I had to spend £4k on reparations. Mr Kutner took no responsibility for it. I would not recommend him to ANYONE.

With a time critical house purchase pending, an anxious estate agent calling every day for a progress report and the stress levels clearly rising rapidly - we engaged Kutner Associates during a pandemic.
Whilst others came up with excuses, Kutner Associates did not let us down. Indeed they were able to inspect the property and provide us with the Structural Survey within a week!

We have solar panels that are very expensive to install and maintain yet the surveyor decided to leave it out of the valuation report. The valuation we felt was therefore way too low. This impacts on my children's lives as now we won't have the budget we thought we would have for our next home. Meaning that we won't be able to get a house in a nice area. Plus the surveyor was very aggressive to me over the phone when I told him I needed the valuation for the housing association by midday. Worst surveyor I've ever used and paid £720 instead of the usual £360 or so.

Great company, there commercial surveyors went into great detail on a report for a property a was about to purchase, noted everything I should take into account and helped me out massively. Would recommend to all in London.
