Building Surveying is a long established core part of our business. The practice having provided a wide range of professional services including condition surveys, dilapidation appraisals, management of dilapidation claims either on behalf of the Landlord or Tenant, party wall surveys, and boundary wall disputes over a number of years.
In construction the term 'Employer's Agent' is used to describe an agent acting on behalf of the client as the contract administrator for design and build contracts.
