Report
Our garage is 8 years old and does not have an asbestos roof. This is just one of the bizarre errors made by this surveyor. Her professional conduct was called into question when
1 Turning down an invitation to return to justify some her conclusions.
2 Stating we had no right as sellers to complain.
3 Refusing to provide information about her professional body.
4 Not providing details of the complaints procedure.
A second survey confirmed that many of her findings were seriously questionable
This surveyor gives the profession a bad name and creates unnecessary stress and cost to both buyers
