Paramount Surveyors Limited was formed in 2007 since which time it has become an established provider of professional valuation advice to lenders, solicitors, insurance companies and private clients. The Company specialises in the provision of valuations for secured lending, litigation, civil disputes, acquisitions and disposals.

The retention and expansion of its original client base since 2007, confirms that the level of service provided by the company and its staff continues to meet the high standards set down in the firm's period of operation.
In addition to standard valuations, the company provides valuation evidence in the form of Expert Witness Reports and Anthony Shaw has provided evidence in both the High Court and Crown Court in addition to Mediation hearings.

Services
The Company was established by Anthony and Kim Shaw having both worked within a corporate valuation advice for a number of years. Anthony was previously a Regional Director (Valuations) for a national commercial valuation firm whilst Kim is vastly experienced having held a number of high profile roles within the administrative side of similar national commercial valuation companies.
Paramount Surveyors are able to provide an Expert Witness service in respect of valuations throughout Staffordshire, Shropshire, Cheshire and the West Midlands. Independent valuation advice can be required for a number of reasons including; civil disputes, criminal proceedings and marital proceedings.
