Very rude, no respect for customers and no customer care! As their customer I felt I had no say. It is only their way or no way! I didn’t even feel at ease to look at the work he was doing in my own bathroom! A lot of things disappointed me. I will avoid the details as I would be here until tomorrow. One of my requests I had was: “I would like the sink fairly high as I am quiet tall". The reply was "you will have it as per British standard!". “Ok then I thought". British standards are 90cm high but my sink is now 80cm!!! I have the bathroom they wanted but not as I wanted. Whilst using short
