Worst Company ever to deal with.
I paid for rapid delivery after 2 weeks my order had not been delivered.
Lyco group did send the order twice still did not arrive.
Hence I cancelled the order.
Now Lycro will not refund the cost of delivery. It is there delivery company who failed. :- Hermies The worst parcel delivery company ever.

The lamp arrive today, so earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. I have literally only just attached it to the wall above the painting, and our first impressions are good. I have fixed it quite low to the picture to optimise the light.
I obviously can't comment about how long the batteries will last, or how easily it will be to change the batteries, however very positive first impressions.

The service Lyco give is very prompt and efficient. Their range of products on their website is excellent. Absolutely no complaints from that side of the business. My only complaint is that they use Hermes to deliver their packages to us and that is where we have issues. It is the carrier that is the problem.

I used to work here in the warehouse, and their practices were really shady. There was some health and safety issues and they never paid over time, but threatened to sack you if you didn't stay on past your finishing time to help get orders out. The staff were really up themselves, I think they forgot they shipped light bulbs for a living!!! I got the last laugh I quit, then went on to join a company who invested in me now I'm a qualified engineer.
