Good to start with, Discussions with Paul were positive but the rest of the team lack any focus on customer experience and come across rude.
Be wary of undisclosed handling fees, Example:
"All the goods were prepared for urgent dispatch" (12th Oct to 18th Oct) 6 days is urgent ?? false promises, long delays, to receive invoices & payment links.
