Highly recommend John at Oxfordshire Tree Services. He did a complete overhaul of our back garden, he did our neighbours & our other neighbour was so impressed, they’ve asked for his details too. He completed the work whilst we were out working. Exceptionally tidy worker & he even went around to our neighbours to clear any debris that had gone into their garden.
He took out three very large trees, removed several overgrown shrubs / climbers & did a beautiful job trimming a very large tree and overgrown bush.

We booked Oxfordshire Tree services into fell a very large horse chestnut the was very close to our new house. I was impressed how tidy they left the site, all saw dust, and there was a lot of it, was hoovered up. They even offered to clear the saw dust off of our skylight windows.
We have a green house under the tree. After safe removal of all the branches, while chopping the trunk down in sections a chunk rolled along the ground and into the green house resulting in a smashed pane. They guys pointed out what had happened, John appeared a few days later with a new pane of glass and fixed it,

Best tree company in Oxford/Bicester and surrounding areas by far. OTS gives excellent value for money to their customers. John is a patron saint of bicester and should be given alot of praise for his continuing hard working efforts in the local community. He is very passionate about trees and has an extensive knowledge in the arboricultural industry.

NOT IMPRESSED with Oxfordshire Tree Services and found one of the guys to be very rude. They cut back (and down) a number of trees in a neighbours garden and during this process my husband witnessed them cutting a trunk (approx 3ft long x 1ft wide) from the wrong side and pushing the log into the neighbours garden... squashing all her bulbs with no apology or compensation!! There was NO REASON for them to do this as there was ample room for them to cut it, rope it and pull it into the property that they were working from. They left a half cut tree for weeks (complete eyesore) before eventually

Please may I ask anyone reading these posts to ignore the one (and unsurprisingly only!) negative review posted a few months back by Mrs Crowther... We were the actual customers of Oxfordshire Tree Services, and, as the people who contracted, monitored and paid John and his team for the works carried out, have nothing but praise for them. What’s the expression? “the man who pays the piper”..;-?

These guys were excellent. I had three trees cut back and even with my somewhat simple instructions of chop them a bit smaller they ensured it was done properly. Educating me along the way about growth points and ensuring the trees looked good. They also went above and beyond by removing a small dead tree and shredding some spikey branches I had lying around. And all for a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend them enough.
