Shockingly unhelpful and inhospitable customer service, specifically one miserable female sales representative. She was unkeen on letting us have a look around (?!) because we were not architects. Upon finding out that an architect is involved in our project, she resentfully allowed us go around but followed our every step as if we were going to steal the tiles. It's London for God's sake, you need to be more inviting.
