I mean it's a tile shop but quite a good one. Better choice than some others and the staff were helpful. I went on to buy tiles from here so a success.

Price is ok! But oh gosh the customer service. I don’t know why someone will want to come work and express that kind of attitude. I walked in the shop as it was based in industrial estate and yes plenty more shops but they all typical cash and carry Style , just treat You like just another receipt number. You can get better service, better product from a small independent tile showroom!

Extremely poor customer service. WATCH OUT FOR THEIR RETURN POLICY. They did not tell me about it despite asking and the manager said tiles can be brought back for refund, not pointing out that you do not get a full refund. He then told me I should have look at the back of the receipt. You only get the receipt once you have paid for the item so it’s a con. Apparently it was on the wall by the sales desk but who goes around a shop reading notes on the wall. I think it should have been made clear at the desk when I asked. I have spent over £800 and I am not using the tiles and I am stuck with

Always had a good experience with Al Murad in Chingford and over the years have bought a lot of tiles from them!
Service is always good, even when I arrived close to closing time to collect my order their staff all came out to load up my car for me in the rain - above and beyond!
The tiles I have bought have been good quality and at a better price than the likes of Topps Tiles etc. I had good experience when having to return a couple of chipped tiles within my order (could not see the chip until the packaging was removed) - no hassle at all to get them replaced.
Will continue to use them as

Three things to point out - Great Product, very good customer service and lots of choice.
Staff was very helpful in making decisions by recommending various options. Purchase process was simple and great .The store manager was really kind during the return process of excess tiles.
I would buy it again and recommend it.

Really bad quality tiles, order nearly £2k worth of kitchen tiles, and after a month they have discoloured and cracked. Head office have been awful, and a brand new kitchen extension now looks terrible. We have recieved no help to rectify this situation!!

This place is great, we always go here when we need wall paper. You have a look round everywhere else for what you want, price it up on there (just incase) then go to al murad and save ££ on the exact same wall paper (or find a nicer one!)
