I received great help and advice from UK Feature Walls online before purchasing the old white brick strips. The order arrived quickly and I was impressed with the quality straight away. Bought the ‘Old Beige’ brick slips. Absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. Not remotely beige but were red so nothing like the picture. Customer services were very good initially but did not refund the £24 postage. By law they should have done this as the slips were not remotely as described! Very disappointed

We bought a small batch of graphite brickslips to cover our fireplace and we're really happy overall. They're not a standard size (they're slightly wider) but we knew that when we ordered them and it didn't matter to us, in fact it makes them more unique. About 15 bricks were cracked when they arrived which was disappointing but these things happen - the service has been great despite this and they're sending us some corners free of charge as compensation. Brilliant price overall because we caught one of their deals. I'd definitely recommend.
