Very pleased with the party wall agreement service provided. Report was very detailed and a very strong basis for resolving any issue arising from building works we will carry out. We had some building work done recently and our builder told us that we needed a party wall survey, which seemed like another unexpected complication.

I used Bentley Pugh for a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) level 2 survey on a prospective house purchase and they provided an excellent service.
Their senior survey David was very professional, knowledgable, and thorough.
David's report has educated us on quite a few things about period housing and on what to look out for in our property searches. His survey was important, as otherwise we would have completed the transaction and bought a house with multiple serious hidden defects (whereas on the face of it the property looked immaculate with its new, high specification decorations

We recently used Bentley Pugh & Associates for a Home Buyer's survey on our first home purchase.
Buying a house can be an intimidating process as first time buyers, but when we phoned to make the appointment, we were put at ease and they
helped us understand the surveying process upfront and understand the options available to us.
The report itself was highly comprehensive, and covered a full range of the issues with the property (from the simple to the more serious) as well as root causes of issues and possible proposed solutions. They also provided a simple list of legal queries to pass on

Recommended by a local architect, but looked at alternatives first. We were impressed as soon as we engaged the firm. Richard Pugh visited early the week after we got in contact and provide verbal feedback immediately after conducting the survey. Within days we had both paper and emailed versions of the report, which was thorough and identified many items for us consider. We gained comfort throughout the process and have already recommended the firm twice!
