Really good and quick service. I called Home Needs out to repair my dishwasher and Daniel came round the next morning. He was friendly and professional and my dishwasher is now working again with no need for any extra parts (all covered in the call out fee).

Have bought several applicances from here. Service is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I've never had a problem with anything I've purchased. Their repair service (repair for an old item I puchased elsewhere), is also excellent and their call out charge is totally realistic and much more reasonable then anywhere else locally. They also deliver on time! A great local business and always my first choice of applicance shop

My elderly mother called them to come look at her washing machine. He charged £49 for call out and told her it needed a new door catch and that would be £47. She ordered it and also had to pay the £49 again to have him fit it. He then said it was ok and left she put on a wash and would not spin. She tried calling again to no avail. When she got through they said ok we will get someone out again. They did not arrive. I called them and was told they would be there between 4.30 and 7pm. A no show. The next day they turned up and told her it was the circuit board and that they could not replace

Very happy with the price and service. I initially wanted to repair washing machine and found Home Needs Appliances in North London (between Edgware and Stanmore). We could not repair it so decided ti purchased a new washing machine. The price was cheaper than other stores, delivery and installtion has been arranged in the same day. I used them again to repair my dishwasher in North London - Finchley (near Mill Hill) and Colindale area. Very happy with their appliances repair and sales services.

I have used this company on several occasions now. Their service is always brilliant Helen is always friendly and will do whatever she can to accommodate your requests. Their service is also good value for money much cheaper than other companies but a much better service. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Always driven and walked past this place and been curious to know how good they are. I thought I'd call them out to look at the dishwasher issue and Daniel came out promptly within the time slot provided.
I decided to go with a new replacement dishwasher and the prices were extremely competitive and the fitting took place next day and the existing item was also taken away.
