We rent a property in London, unfortunately the oven had broken just before the weekend. We called domestic repairs they came out same day as they had a cancellation had the parts to effect the repair great service and we now have happy tenants again. Will Definitely use them again.

There was a fault with our draining system and although it took multiple visits to fix and diagnose the fault the initial work was guaranteed so we didn't need to pay multiple sums.
Excellent service and value for money considering cheaper engineers may have cost us more in the long run. I highly recommend them.

We had a faulty fridge freezer. Got charged £150 including Vat after a quick diagnosis of 10 minutes. That is the call out rate.
£150 advising that we get a new one because it wasn't worth fixing.
There was a big reluctance to fix it. They make more money on the call out charge than actually repairing stuff.

I called late afternoon about my leaking washing machine. I was given help and advice over the phone on how to turn off the supply to my machine to prevent further water damage, they were so helpful and patient as I had no idea what I was doing and calmly talked me through the steps. They explained their procedures regarding covid 19 before booking my appointment for their engineer to come to look at my machine. I was very pleased with their help and concerns for my safety when arranging an engineer and also pleased and quite surprised to have an engineer come out the very next day.

I wanted to sing the praises of your engineer Gary, who sorted out the repair of my Smeg dishwasher’s door for me last month. He was nice, efficient and sorted out a problem that I thought was so bad that a new unit was being considered. In a world where people are all too quick to make complaints, I wanted to write with praise. Also the same praise for your good self (Phil) for being super patient with my concern as well.

Really great service this company provides. You are guaranteed to receive the service what you are paying for. I had Mr Mathew came to fix my washing machine this morning and what can I say? He was just amazing. He was very knowledgeable, professional and fixed the problem in no time. I couldn't thank enough for his great work. It was just like a magic. I will definitely go back to this company if another domestic appliance problem occurs. And thanks to Mr Phil for his precise advice and honesty. I can't appreciate enough:))

I got my new washing machine fitted on Friday and just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you. I know I didn’t end up dealing directly with you in the end but your team were so pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process I would have no hesitation in using you again (although hopefully I won’t need a new washing machine anytime soon!) or recommending you to friends.
