Rude and unprofessional. We had a problem with a dishwasher. Algis said the repair would cost £70 including parts and materials to fix the issue (although website says £60). Later he demanded cash payment, otherwise he has to charge VAT on top of it. He came in, took the dishwasher apart, and put it back in, said it was fixed and should be running ok now.
The dishwasher broke down after 3 runs. I have called him again, and he expressed annoyance and acted unprofessionally, cursing through the conversation. The landlord did not want to pay again for the same repair so had to invite him again

My dishwasher recently broke down but within 24 hours, A&G had it up and running again. The job proved to be a little trickier than first expected, with 2 new parts needed, but with a van full of accessories A&G were able to supply and fit them on their 1st and only visit. All of this was done at a very very competitive price and I couldn't be happier. First class service and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone stuck with a dodgy appliance!

Engineer Alex came to fix our washing machine yesterday and I can't recommend his work highly enough. He was very polite and professional throughout, but more importantly he fixed not one but two problems with the appliance and was very thorough in his trouble shooting, talking me through everything he was doing. The whole service was incredibly good value for money. I would definitely use A&G appliances again, and they came the same day!

My microwave needed servicing and I was a bit sceptical looking for a repair company on the internet. Called A&G Appliance Service and booked an appointment. The engineer came out and not only fixed our microwave, but also fixed the annoying leak the dryer had been making for months. Happy with the service.
