We needed a new washing machine but didn’t want some pushy hard sell resulting in a complicated and expensive replacement which neither of us could operate. We threw ourselves on Fivestar’s mercy and were delighted with the friendly and old school service. Within minutes we had got just what we wanted with no fuss. A couple of days later it was fitted - again with no fuss or grumbles. Excellent service which I can’t recommend too highly.

I have called on Ian at Fivestar services a few times for repairs and also bought new items. I always receive prompt and honest communications. Items are repaired in a short amount of time as possible. Being a family business is also a plus point for me rather than a big chain store. It means you get a personal and friendly service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 100% recommended!!!

Sorted my poorly washer last week. So pleased with the service I compared prices with the main men for a fridge freezer I was looking for. Came in on par or better. Delivered today and only ordered two days ago. Lads were brilliant. Couldn't fault them from start to finish! Will recommend highly to anyone who asks. Thanks again five Star.
