Contacted the company last night for advice on stock as my elderly Mother in Laws fridge freezer was broken and we were in urgent need of a new one. The company responded immediately to my questions. Called in at the shop at 10 am and the fridge freezer was delivered and installed in less than 3 hours. Amazing service.

Have used this firm many times over the years and recommended them to friends, colleagues, anyone in need of appliance support They're great bunch of guys who turn up when they say they will, no nonsense quotes to repair and their appliances available to buy are top quality. Also they offer advice on how to resolve issues which they aren't able to resolve. Like door sealant in my case.

Very friendly and helpful service, I bought 2 vax hoovers one for work and another for home use.
Very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to there products, and explained how each hoover worked as they were different models.
Vary happy with both products, and I would definitely be using again and recommend A*****+

I've used FRA 3 times this year all in connection with a 6 year old Bosch washing machine. The first two visits were to source parts for the washer which I could easily fit myself (replacement filter washer and motor brushes). Yesterday I took in the inlet valve which I believed to be faulty when the machine showed an E-17 code and wouldn't fill. I was told that the inlet valve was fully working which unfortunately meant it looked like an expensive board replacement which I didn't want to entertain but at least I hadn't forked out £40-odd on a replacement valve which would have been a waste or

Bought a dryer from first response. Went into the shop and the staff were very friendly and helped me pick out a good dyer at a decent price. They even delivered it and picked up my old dyer in the process. Couldn’t be happier with the product and service 😊

First response came this morning to try and fix my washing machine, unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed. Went into the shop picked a new one and literally within the hour came back with the new one fitted it, and took the old one! These guys are amazing. Our old cooker broke after many years service and the team came round within 24 hours to install a new one. The new cooker is brilliant, the team were really responsive. I couldn't recommend them enough. 10/10

A few weeks ago my old washing machine died, I contacted Helen at 1st Response Appliances and within around 4 hours a new one had been fitted and the old one removed at a comparable price to any where online.
Then this week the tumble dryer also died, again a replacement was delivered in a ridiculously short space of time. Exceeding expectations every time, thank you.

Brilliantly knowledgable without being the slightest bit pushy. We recently moved into a property where an oven was found to be faulty.
Darren was fantastically efficient in diagnosing what the issue may have been and the part was ordered and fitted both quickly and at the time stated. Highly recommend and will be asking for advice on appliances if needed in the future.
