For new appliances, we like to take the easy approach in order for you not to stress. Therefore, we do not charge for delivery of your new appliance or fitting it for you, we will also take away your old appliance for absolutely free.

Nothing wrong with my washing machine which I bought from this shop but I must have loaded it unevenly as it shuddered itself off its blocks. I phoned the shop and they sent their man over within 2 days. He re-positioned the machine perfectly. Thank you for a great service.

The first call-out didn't sort the problem with the dryer so they came and took it away at a reduced cost. Dropped it back off out of hours, which was really appreciated. Very helpful throughout!

Absolute disgrace of a business. Wanted to charge my 84 year old father over £50 for a simple 2 minute job of re-attaching the bracket at the back of his cooker to the wall. When he explained that he couldn't afford that amount, the repair man phoned the shop and the lovely woman on the other end told him to revert the repair back to it's former state. What a lovely person!! I've shared this to all my social media too just to warn people not to go near these bandits.

Called them out as they came recommended. First visit they did nothing to it except clean a filter, which I’d already done prior to phoning them, they said it worked fine, They didn’t even pull it out from under counter. Charged £50. When I came to use it next it still wasn’t working correctly, I called them back, they came out again said it was the pump, charged £35. Once again when I’ve cone to use it, it’s not working properly. So I won’t be calling them again. Basically £85 down the pan and I’ve still not got a working washer!!

Phoned in for a quote for repair of our Indesit washing machine and was booked in for home service the following day. Handy man came in promptly and fixed it. Fair price too. Excellent service. Very pleased customer.

Awful service. Installed machine before bank holiday. Was fitted incorrectly so my husband had to reinstall and replace the damaged hose. Their response 'nothing we can do'. Avoid this company.
