Late and unfriendly.
The engineer turned up at 4pm for a slot booked between 1pm-3pm, he did not acknowledge being late in anyway.
The engineer spent all of 3 minutes in my house before promptly leaving and later sending a quote to return and make the repair.
I decided not to go forward with the repair as I was not happy with the service already, and told the engineer that I thought paying the full callout price was unreasonable as he was late and carried out a limited diagnosis.
Before agreeing on a half price compromise, the engineer made personal and presumptive remarks about my intentions

Called around 9am Monday morning after washing machine was tripping my electrics over the weekend. By 11am an engineer arrived, had a replacement part in the van, fitted it and was out the door in 20 minutes. Amazed. Fantastic service. I will definitely use them again...hopefully I don't need to though!

Have used Stevens Electrical on and off for years. Phoned them recently about my washing machine. It was behaving like the drum or bearings were shot. Over the phone they told me to check a few things and fixed it myself. How many other places would do that. No charge, just good advice. They are the same in the shop good solid advice on purchases and after sales.
