We are a small family owned and run business, established for over 25 years. We pride ourselves in providing a fast, friendly and efficient service to all our customers.
Our team of experience staff are on hand to help whenever you are in need of domestic appliance specialists. Paul is married to Louise and is the Head Engineer at Power Point. He's been repairing all sorts of domestic appliances since 1990 in and around Gloucestershire. If you don't see Paul dashing about in the Power Point van, then you'll find him enjoying Gloucester Rugby at all the Kingsholm matches.
Call-out & Labour ~ covers initial callout, all labour & return visit if parts need to be ordered & fitted - no matter how long the job takes. Half the Initial call-out charge will be waived if the appliance is deemed beyond economical repair and is replaced by ourselves. We will provide a free quote to repair or replace, where possible, by phone - but if the quote/report incurs a visit to the property a call-out charge will be applied.
Customers have been urged to contact Whirlpool immediately to check if their washing machine is one of the models affected. In the meantime, the manufacturer has told customers to unplug the machines and not to use them. Whirlpool has set up a dedicated website where customers can check if their washing machine is affected, but this has gone down at the time of writing.
