My parents got some windows and a door fit by this company, quote was reasonable but the installation and aftersales mainly the owner was shocking. They fitted an incorrect door and my parents were made to feel in the wrong when it was their fault, they offered a reduction in price. Fault with glass so had to wait a few weeks for them to finish. My parents refused to speak with Mike as he didn't even apologise, was rude, arrogant and made my mum upset with the way he was speaking to them. A young man who stated he was his partner visited who sorted their problems out but apparently my parents were

Had a new conservatory installed in June by this company. From the initial quotation through to the very end, the company was professional. Any little question I had, I was made to feel it was not a problem to ask - even though sometimes I thought it was silly. The tiled roof makes it look more like an extension and I have had many compliments already.

I only wish I could upload the pictures.
After at least 15 visits and 8 replacement units my windows are now fitted.
The workmanship is so bad I can't think of the words to describe them. The trim on the inside is already coming away and all the silicon is cracking.
Whenever I complained I was told that I was wrong and being too picky.
I wanted to use a small independent, local company rather than one of the big boys but I total regret that decision.
Please don't waste your time money and stress on this company.
