Very poor service from Newbury Radio. For a simple thing like changing light bulbs from fridge and oven, have had to call them 5 times promising it will be repaired the following week, that will call back to arrange an appointment etc.. Last call, that in two weeks they will call me as do not plan to come to the area in the next weeks. Stay away...

DONT GO NEAR NEWBURY RADIO E12 5AF. THEY DELIVERED A FRIDGE THEN TWO WEEKS LATER TOOK £60.00 FROM OUR DEBIT CARD FOR A PARKING TICKET THEY GOT WHILE DELIVERING THE FRIDGE. THEY TOOK THIS MONEY WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. WE HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BANK THE POLICE AND TRADING STANDARDS FOR THIS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR.

Didn't deliver on day they said so had to wait another week then machine didn't work. Meant to come and fix today and they forgot to call. Still not heard from them so 3 weeks on and no working washing machine. Awful customer service too. They came out yesterday to fix it, used my baking tray to drain the machine, said they had previously installed it wrong and it will now sit so far out from the wall that the machine door won't open fully. Just completed first load of washing and machine still not draining! So still no working machine.
