Visited because I was fed up of having after sales insurance pushed at me when purchasing from the big players and also more importantly wanted to support a local company. Following a visit Tom sent information requested to me via email on the same day. Was very informative and went through several iterations through email regarding my enquiries. After our recent experience with Clocktower we won't be buying our white goods from anywhere else. The service has been superb. Despite us changing our minds twice as to where the Bosch washing machine would be delivered to it was no trouble to the team. The machine was delivered on time by Liam who with his courteous and helpful personality is a credit to the business.

Over the years Clocktower has become been my "go to" place for appliances. Lovely staff, excellent product knowledge and absolutely no hard sell. A few months ago I replaced my ancient chest freezer for a… much more energy efficient model. The energy bills will be much reduced. On Friday the guys delivered my fabulous Liebherr larder fridge. They were extremely careful and fitted it into position for me. Don't go anywhere else, support this brilliant local company!

We found Clocktower on-line as we were looking for a local supplier to replace the fridge-freezer in our holiday lodge in Hawkshead. Everything was managed over the phone and the team gained access to the lodge and fitted the appliance without us having to be there. The job was fiddly and took longer than the fitter expected, but we arrived to find a fully functioning fridge-freezer and no mess. So glad we went with a local company and not one of the national retailers. We definitely got a more personalised service and would not hesitate to use Clocktower again.

This is an amazing business. Or dishwasher broke during lockdown, Tom and his team ensured he delivered the dishwasher the same day. We were up and running again. The dishwasher was very high quality and reasonably priced. An excellent service.

Superb service.
Have bought all my major white goods from Clocktower over the last few years and always had very good advice on finding the right make and model for my needs and budget.
Never felt pressured into buying a more expensive item than I wanted unlike big box stores.
Had delivery and installation, from Clocktower on most goods too, all very well organised and on time. No waiting around all day for some random courier to arrive..

Bought a couple of large appliances from Tom, would highly recommend as his service was amazing. Would definitely use again, the customer service you will receive from Tom and his team you would never get from one of the superstores. He's on the end of the phone to answer any queries or concerns, you don't get that personalised service from the superstores or online. Where possible we should always try and buy locally to support the businesses on our doorstep.

I have used Clocktower for all the appliances at my holiday cottage in Broughton in Furness. They are always helpful, reasonably priced and sort delivery and installation without me having to travel up from Manchester. I like using local businesses and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
