Averys Chimney Sweeps

In order to comply with building insurance requirements, certification is provided at no additional cost. Certification expires yearly and the responsibility is upon the house owner to ensure yearly maintenance is carried out. However in some circumstances more frequent sweeping may be necessary. Please see table below.

All services include - Chimney Sweep, Smoke test & Insurance compliance certificate. Charges are based per fireplace/stove or flue and may increase if the chimney is in poor condition, there is dificult access or if the flue is particularly large. Find problems or check for usage suitability with a close up inspection of hard to access areas.Includes a chimney sweep.
