This was then taken over by business partners Graham Dewar and Ian Morgan in 1989. After Graham Dewar's recent retirement, Ian Morgan heads the business as managing director.

Do not use!
I never normally review but am so cross!
I asked Iain on the phone what the call out charge was, but didn’t get an answer. I wish I had. It’s £60 plus VAT that’s a whopping £72!
I told him on the phone I felt the drum or the drum supports had gone and asked for a ballpark figure.
I didn’t get one.
He said I’ll come out and have a look. I wish I had said no! He was with me no longer than 10 mins and that was me dragging it out to get some monies worth!!
He said it was uneconomic to fix it, although he could try. Why didn’t he tell me that on the phone?!

After being let down by AO on multiple occasions we reached out to a local tradesperson instead. We were so glad we did! The service was excellent, he came out quickly, got our troublesome machine out and installed a new one in no time! I have a AEG Single Oven which stopped working (reaching temperature) on a Monday evening. Called Tuesday and Ian the engineer and owner explained that it could be one of two things a faulty temperature sensor or a faulty heating element. He called as promised on a Wednesday afternoon and soon found the fault and repaired the oven. Great service and a sensible price. Support local business and use this company for a prompt and efficient service you will not be disappointed.
