Powerpoint Stores Ltd have have a wide display of large and small appliances which include Washers, Washer Dryers, Tumble Dyers, Dishwashers, Gas and Electric Cookers, Built-In appliances, Vacuum Cleaners, Kettles, Toasters, Irons cookware and hair care, shavers and much more. Powerpoint Stores Ltd was started in 1995 by husband and wife team Sterling and Avril Broad.
Avril had a background working for a large retail company and working for a major bank and Sterling worked for a small independent company selling and repairing white goods. After they both lost their jobs on the same day, starting their own business seemed the way to go especially with their combined experience knowledge and expertise.
Rapidly the company moved to larger and larger premises' fulfilling the demand from customers and soon became a trusted name well known for reliability and excellent service. Joining Euronics in 2004 seemed to be a natural progression advantageous to their ever-growing customer base to enable them to have easier quicker access to more manufacturers and with much greater buying power.

All goods requiring attention under guarantee are to be dealt with by the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms. Your statutory rights are not affected. Every attempt will be made to ensure your delivery arrives to yourselves at the stated time/ date. An additional charge may be incurred if prior notice has not been given that no one will be present to receive the products ordered.

Amazing customer service. I called this morning as my tumble dryer was not working. Following a discussion regarding whether to repair or replace, I agreed that a replacement was best. Ordered a new tumble dryer at 9.15am. It is now 10.40am and Matt and Sterl have already delivered and installed my new machine and taken the old one away. Thank you all and Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄

Ordered a Blomberg integrated fridge from the store in Wellington, Telford. Great service in the shop from John. Tim & Matt came to deliver and fit it. Turned out to be a bit difficult, but they both persevered and made sure that the job was done right. Thanks chaps. Would thoroughly recommend and will use again. Nice to support something local.… Great deal too. 2 very happy customers.

Excellent service. Choice of washing machine done via website, payment and advice done by phone with Avril. Installation and old machine dealt with by brilliant team. They were very thorough and professional, tidied up after themselves and extremely polite. All this done in less than 24 hours. Will not hesitate to use PowerPoint again, far superior service than the big chains. Thank you.
