I've just had a woodburner installed by these guys and would highly recommend them. I like to shop local and from start to finish the whole experience has been great. The installation wasn't easy and many problems were encountered but overcome by the hard work and ingenuity of Kaine Alex Owen and Dan.
There is a distance to combustible materials above the stove which is typically 350mm, but a TV could fry its circuity or warp, so we advise not to fit a tv above a stove. However, if this is the set up you really want then an oak beam fitted on the front of the chimney breast can reduce the amount of heat affecting the TV, no guarantees though!

Alex and his team did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with our woodburner. After visits by other installers, Alex was the only one who found a cost-effective solution to our challenging inglenook. He was also more than happy to install the woodburner of our choice from another supplier. The installation was clean and tidy...in fact, it wasn’t until after the installation that Alex told us about the 26 bags of rubble he removed from inside the chimney! We have had lots of positive comments, so thank you.

South West Fire places Limited this was a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ job they completely transformed my fire place from the slate hearth with log burner re tiled and rectified a couple of parts that wasn’t fire 🔥 compliance from previous fire place can’t recommend enough very polite and clean up after themselves anyone looking for a top job speak to south west fire places
