Bespoke Fireplace Designs - I have to say excellent throughout the whole new fireplace process. I had a tricky job in some respects modernising and adapting an older property but everyone who you deal there is so knowledgeable about every aspect of the products and flue, the choice and installation went very smoothly. The years of experience they have there certainly shows: extremely professional and VERY patient. Aftercare is also there. I can’t recommend them enough. It’s how all companies should run! And, after all that, the fireplace looks truly magnificent!

Bespoke service and follow up has been excellent every step of the way! Their fireplaces are beautiful and well constructed.the company also has a very strong maintenance program and yearly maintenance is executed efficiently and is cost effective to protect your investment.we are starting a new project and will be using them again.

I can not recommend Bespoke Fireplace Designs enough. We have purchased several bespoke fires from them over the past few years and each time they have been a joy to work with.
They have interpreted our needs precisely creating fantastic fireplaces to a beautiful design. Aftercare has always been first class and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.....oh and the icing on the cake is they are really lovely people too.
