Spent a lot of money with Lakeland Fireplaces and the owner Gordon can barley spare the time to reply to an email let alone try to resolve any issues with the products he has sold us direct. Just forwards the emails to suppliers and sticks his head in a bucket in my opinion. Worst customer service I have ever experienced as has not even been bothered to call to see what he could do to help. Thank god for a great local heating engineer who has now installed the system how it should have been done in the first place at my expence and ESSE who have both spent a lot of time trying to get our system

On my holidays in Lake District, I happened to noticed this excellent shop and when in, it is like an Aladdin's cave full of many interesting and unusual thinks from all over the world for home. I bought some nice things for my home. on my next visit i will definitely visit this shop again.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, the owner himself also served me. I got his personal mobile number so that if i want a particular item in the future he said I could ring him directly and he will get it for me.
I found the prices were very good. I am very happy that I got quite a few lovely bargains
