Went to Greengates this morning and the staff were so helpful. They cut the wood to size for us so that it would fit in the van and were so pleasant to talk to. Will definitely be going back when we next need materials!

Really helpful staff. Couldn't fault them. The lad who served me was knowledgeable and understood what I wanted and whilst waiting outside to collect from the yard other lads out there came to check I was OK and being served. 100% customer satisfaction.

Couldn’t run a bath. Queues around the block. No advanced planning. Close the gates 3/4 before the place is shut. Absolute farce!
