Ordered timber on friday afternoon, was delivered on Saturday morning at 09:00. Can,t get better than that.

Placed order for timber for fence and everything arrived 2 days later. Placed another order a week later for timber for decking and again everything arrived 2 days later. Can not fault this company, they were very friendly over the phone and also when they delivered the timber. I would highly recommend them as they were a pleasure to deal with.

Dealt with Trevor and spent 30 minutes on the phone working through a messy order that we had amended lots of times. 30 minuites during a challenging time for all of us and the busiest time they have every been is applaudable. Absolutely world class service. Great family business run with people with a conscience. I have to say, reading some of these reviews, they are very VERY unfair. KT don't offer a surveying service so slating them for not surveying is a bit harsh!

Hi everyone, I wanted to know if this company fitted fencing as well as supplying it and I received the most uninterested email from Trevor the Manager at this company. He also owns it and thought to myself, I have money to spend on fencing, what posts and cement will I need to order? He could not be bothered to advise me and in the next email he simply said quote, it's up to the person who is installing the fence to do thst for you. I erang him to say that his customer service skills leave a lot to be desired and that he would be better employing someone else to answer the emails. In this awful

Poor service from Trevor Anderson and his colleagues. I stay 12 miles away and wanted to charge a delivery fee of £25 when they quoted £15. For your private and commercial requirements avoid Keighly Timber & Fencing Ltd or else you will receive poor customer service especially in times when people are facing hardships due to COVID-19.

Went in looking at sheds ,came out with a garden room.lol.kevin was very helpful and gave me all the answers to my questions. Can't wait for it to come and make it comfortable for when it rains.
