Gate supplied,fiited and installed by garden structures.driveway gate has come out of square and sagged,now scrapes against driveway and cannot be locked open or closed without having to physically lift the gate.this problem is only getting worse!also several screws and nails petruding from gate and fence panel.terrible customer service and no interest in fixing the problem hence legal action will follow.terrible experiance!

Ordered our fencing from garden structures, the fella we spoke to took our measurements of us on 16th sept,he said it could take a couple of weeks, recieved it on the monday 28th sept and it was worth the wait also delivered the bench we orderd in perfect order, all in all they did a great job ,well impressed with the quality of all the work,well done 👏 would definitely use them again ,good honest bloke's, all in all well happy and fair priced.

Absolutely brilliant, very good quality for money. Delivered faster than I expected. Tailored my order to exactly what we needed plus all the timber is very high quality too.
I will be using these guys again as they are far better than any of the big DIY stores (B&Q etc.)

I’ve Been using Garden Structures for many years now and I like to think we have a great business relationship. I must have bought literally hundreds of fence panels, posts and base panels and I have hardly ever had a problem with their materials. If we did, Gerry just says bring back the defective product and we’ll swap it immediately. Also, they have such a wide selection of tanalized timber so what ever projects I have going on I will always find what I need in their yard. I come to these guys for my xmas tree every year, staff always helpful and friendly and will bend over backwards to help you find what you want (in my case dig out every tree they have in stock 🙄). Recently moved premises and not as easy to find but worth it.

Ordered fencing panels and a garden gate constructed to my spec. from this company. Owing to a misunderstanding with measurements given over the phone, the gate that arrived was the wrong width. They had a replacement made up and delivered the same day at no additional cost and without quibble. The delivery drivers couldn't have been more helpful. The prices are reasonable too.

I bought two 6x4 Waneylap fence panels which the lad in the yard picked and helped put in my van. Got them home cut them to the correct width and treated them. When I tried to fit them I found they were 6x3. Just phoned the company - instant response is it’s my problem. "nothing we can do" because I have cut and painted them – not even a sorry or an offer of sorting the price difference. After a little pressure the boss will be informed but he is not in for another week - hope he can do something.

Called in to ask for some help cutting logs for my daughters charity fundraising craft project. Couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. We'll certainly be back when we need fencing etc. Very grateful for this company's kindness and support.
