Replacement Ballasts for Aftermarket Xenon HID Conversion Kits, we supply ballasts for most applications. Some of them are Slim Ballasts, Canbus Ballasts, D1s Ballasts and more. Bought a HID kit, installed and didn't work. Contacted Xenons and they said to swap over one of the connectors by 180 degrees. Tried that and still didn't work.
Emailed them again, no answer.
Inspected the kit more closely, and eventually found some pins on the plug were a bit loose, and would push out when plugged in.
Emailed them with the pictures, and still no answer.
Rang them, explained the situation, and all I got was "that's unheard of" Pictures are added to the review, so people can see the pins in the plug are not square.
So because they've never heard of this issue, it obviously

I had a problem with one of my bulbs, I rang xenons online the owner told me to come over and he'll have a look. Great guy knows his stuff and sorted my problem out. Nothing was too much. Great service and customer service. I was in and out in no time. Will be using him in the future. Highly recommended. Support your local businesses.

Abhorrent customer services. Purchased BMW headlights via Amazon. Overpriced Chinese tat that failed within two weeks of use. Not plug and play as believed but rather involved a great deal of re-wiring.Unable to securely fit them to the car has the manufacturer hasn't correctly copied the BMW's and failed to add a securing bracket. Used tie wraps until the MOT mechanic informed me they were wholly unsatisfactory. Lights cause the indicators to flash quickly and lighting is poor. Have had nothing but trouble having to get the headlights collected. No apology. £300 plus for absolute rubbish and
