Delivery Report

Customers wishing to cancel an order prior to delivery/collection of goods can do so either by email or by telephone which will incur an admin fee of 3% plus a restocking fee of 15% if it has already been picked. With Proof of purchase, faulty products will be returned or replaced at no cost. Where a delivery is required for this, we will replace at our earliest possible time - allowances must be made for us to schedule a redelivery/collection.

5 star service from start to finish. The lady in the office took the time to measure up some old slats for garden bench and the guy inside Nev ripped them down to size and im over the moon witht he way they turned out. 100% will use again.

The timber ordered was at a good price and arrived on day promised. Only I had checked before ordering if they would cut the timber and they said that after the order was confirmed I could email them with cutting instructions. However after confirmation they wouldn't reply to email or phone and delivered the timber uncut. After delivery I managed to contact them and they offered a refund, and again no response after that. So terrible customer service. Don't bother

Everyone at Quay Timber has been really helpful. I have nearly completed a 2 year house renovation and have got everything from Quay Timber - floorboards, pine shelving, skirting boards and dressed pine for other odd joinery jobs. Can't rate them highly enough.
