From kitchen planning and design, to machining and cutting, to an affordable delivery service, here at Nordstrom we offer the services you need to help whatever your project. Our highly experienced machinists can take any original mould and reproduce it. They can also take a drawing and machine it to your specification.

We are very proud of our joiner's shop and have established an enviable reputation for quality and service.
Our range of dressed timbers (PSE) are all Scandinavian 5ths redwood and therefore are good quality and can be used in many joinery applications. We carry a stock of standard sizes with lengths up to 6.0 metres, but can provide you with any particular requirements you may have. We are very proud of our joiner's shop and have established an enviable reputation for quality and service.
Ash is a pale coloured timber with a generally straight grain. It is traditionally used for tool handles but increasingly used in joinery, shop-fitting and flooring. It is ideally suited to internal use. Beech is distinctive with its pink to reddish colour and is traditionally used in furniture and flooring.
We carry a wide range of sheet materials of varying sizes and thicknesses. All sheet materials can be cut to customer specification to assist with handling or to speed up installation on site. Marine Ply Sheets (18mm thick) - Marine Plywood can be exposed to moisture for long periods, used In the marine boat building and construction industries, interior and exterior applications.

I've used Nordstrom Timber for many years (too many to count) and their service and quality timber supplies are second to none. Over the past year, I've purchased wood for shelving and more recently fencing. During lockdown when they reopened I order via the phone and collect service. Went very smoothly, no complaints at all! The lads in the yard are smashing and always happy to help too. Keep up the good work.

The staff here are extremely friendly and know their stuff! Explain what you want and they will sort it for you. You can drive the timber home yourself or have it delivered, they cut on site so let them know your measurements and they will cut it in the most efficient way. You can get everything from decking to skirting boards at a good price.

So where to start here. Been going to see Alan Nordstrom since we started the company off as a limited firm in 2008.
Alan’s Nordstrom has always been lovely and helpful and his staff are great to deal with. They respect the customer and always try and bend over backward for their orders.
Deliveries are prompt and accurate and with zero damage.
Their oak in particular looks amazing in my home especially the stair cases etc. Try it.
The investment in the new buildings is truly remarkable and the finish of the offices and warehouses is exceptional. Even down to the toilets.
