Fantastic company from initial booking in survey through to completion of works. Travis was professional and guided me through what was required and why, he explained timescales and was patient with my many question. The admin staff Louise and Jess ensured all paperwork was completed correctly.
I had 3 units installed yesterday and my Tennant told me she can notice the difference already! Result !!

The Estimate for the work was free. They started damp-proofing when they said, and on time. Our rendering was slightly thicker in places and they didn’t charge extra. They secured our floors covering everything protecting furniture floors from extra dust.they completed the damp proof work on time replastered the walls to high standard explained after care left everything neat and clean and as soon as the work was finished we were mailed our guarantee.

Kenwood surveyor arrived on time and was professional and informative. Once the survey report was produced, Kenwood were quick to arrange a Kenwood contractor to visit to fix the damp problem we had, on a Saturday no less for no extra cost! On the day, he arrived on time, was polite and friendly, and prepped the area well and to minimise dust in the rest of our our apartment. Explained what he was doing every step of the away and once he had finished, took the trouble to call me and let me know (we left him to it and went out!). All in all, excellent all round service from a proper, professional

Great job damp proofing a wall in our house. very polite helpful workers. They put up lots of protection and dust sheets before starting and as a result no mess to clean up.. Thought it would be finished in one day (Friday) but took longer so a different team came on Sat to get finished asap. We appreciated this rather than having to wait until Monday. All round very happy with quality work and workers.

I had a great experience working with Kenwood. When purchasing my flat I was recommended to get a survey done for damp proofing and Kenwood were able to send someone out quickly to check the property and provide recommendations. Other providers quoted long timelines to get someone out and some even tried to charge for a quote. Kenwood quickly provided a clear quote that helped me progress with my purchase. Needless to say once the sale went through I was happy to go back to Kenwood to see the work through. They were able to schedule the works with a couple of weeks lead time and put a plan in place

I used Kenwood for a rising damp issue in my kitchen. The survey was really insightful and they recommended the best path to fix the damp in my kitchen. The estimate ended up being exactly the price I paid when the work was done. I was really happy with the service and the lads that did the work did a great job and were very friendly and professional. Recommend them to anyone needing help with damp in their property.

I was recommended Kenwood by my builder for some damp-proofing in my kitchen and have been so pleased with their work. It’s never nice having chunks of your plaster taken off, but they were so careful and respectful of my existing kitchen. They spent ages prepping the area, covering everything very carefully. They kept me informed of progress and the replastered walls are really neat and well-finished.
My dealings with the surveyor and head office have also been excellent, being both efficient and helpful. If I ever needed damp-proofing again, I would definitely choose Kenwood.

Fantastic experience with this company, I tried several others for quotes and never even received a call back. By contrast I had a call straight back from Kenwood, a free surveyor on the day after, a quote the day after that and an offer of a Saturday appointment the same week. Well if you want more than that I don't know what to say .....
The guys turned up on site a little early so no waiting about, they were fully briefed on what needed to be done so no need for me to walk them through it. They covered everything in plastic to protect the furniture carpet etc. The Job was done in good time
