Alison Turner is an architect with over 25 years post qualification experience. She has a well established reputation as an approachable professional who delivers projects that are both innovative and practical. Alison has been a sole practitioner based in Bishopston in Bristol since 2001, having previously worked in a number of architectural practices in Cambridge, London and Bristol.
The majority of Alison's work is residential, and includes work to listed buildings and buildings in Conservation Areas. Although a sole practitioner, it is important to Alison that she works in collaboration with the client and other building professionals to take the project from inception to completion.

Services
Much of Alison's work involves identifying the potential of existing buildings and maximising this by internally altering, reordering and refurbishing. Working closely with the client to develop the brief helps to highlight areas where the building can be adapted to create a better living environment.
Over the last 15 years Alison has worked on many projects with her husband John Page. John has a degree in Construction Design and Management, and is a carpenter with over 35 years of experience. John has a team of people who work with him to realise building projects designed by Alison. The team includes ground workers, brick layers, plasterers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and decorators.
In order to deliver a personalised architectural service, Alison works as a sole practitioner. She particularly enjoys working directly with clients to develop a solution to their building needs. However, it is key that Alison works with other professionals to realise the completed project. The majority of Alison's work is within Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucester.
