Very disappointing service. Ordered parts for next day delivery. They were closed between Xmas and new year and this wasn’t clear online when I ordered. Call for confirmation on delivery abs was told 2 days then got an email with an estimate of 2 weeks. No stock of parts which wasnt what the website stated.

I guess the problem seems to be the same here. You order the product that says is available you pay for a delivery date and you never get one😡😡. Even worse you have to call them time after time they call you just before 5 on delivery day. To tell you the delivery can't come because the supply is having a problem.
Ordering from this people you will regret every minute of it.
They will lie to your face telling you can't get the product anywhere else. Which is a lie. The sales person in there told me ( should I make you boiler).
My answer to that would be. I will not use you ever again.

I ordered a product 3 months ago, delivery date always postponed. Still I haven't got my product, and just to keep up with the bad joke, I've got an email that my order has been successfully completed.
DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE AND DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR COMPETITIVE PRICES. SPEND A BIT MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE, BUT AT LEAST YOU'LL GET YOUR STUFF.

Order a part on line with a 3 day delivery time. Only to get a email with an updated time of 2 weeks. Tried to phone multiple times no one picked up the phone. Or if they do hang up before you can even talk. Eventually when I got through to talk to someone got told its at least a 2 month waiting time.

I really wish I had looked at these reviewed before hand. Like others on here my delivery missed it's expected data and they provide no tracking information. I should have just ordered from a competitor (SND) who I ordered another item from a day later and it came within 48hrs!
If I could change this to zero stars I would. Like other reviews I have now been told my order will take 16days, rather than the 2-4 days, again after promising me it would be delivered after I chased. Dreadful.
