Established in 1935, Robert Berry and Son Ltd still plays an integral part in the shaping of the Holme Valley and surrounding areas and remains a family run business, with the third generation of builders now driving the company forward. Still operating from the same premises on Dunford Road and with a team of skilled builders, joiners, project managers and site supervisors the company has a fleet of 10 vehicles and undertakes all areas of work.

Robert created a two car parking area by excavating an area of garden and building retaining walls and beautiful stone paving. He saved us money by suggesting practical engineering solutions and dealt with the architect, structural engineer, planners and building control. The team worked through foul weather to get the project in on time too. Highly recommended

Robert and the team have a practical can-do approach which added enormous value to our renovation project. They really helped with creative ideas and problem solving. Most importantly, he was on site daily, driving our project and all contractors as well as keeping us up to date with progress. My recommendation would be to call Robert BEFORE you get into detail with an architect. He could save you money and complications.
