Another week, another site visit. Check out the slot window on this loft conversion and how it frames far reaching views of the countryside around Bristol. I can't wait to see this one completed. It was fantastic to be back out on the road today doing what we love - meeting new clients, surveying new projects and visiting site. Things continue apace at WANA HQ (well remote HQs) - two fantastic projects attained planning permission today: One a dormer bungalow conversion in #tytherington where we have completely remodelled the property for a new family including a new feature rear gable and a new single storey rear #extension in the #clifton and #hotwells Conservation Area with a dramatic central glazed projection with views to Cabot Tower.Not all #HMO are the same.

WANA have been working on a demolition & full rebuild project for us in a small village location. It's also in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty so it's been tricky to keep it sympathetic to local architecture externally whilst making it modern internally.
We are also pretty precise customers and know what we want/like so that made it all the more difficult for the guys having to balance our brief with the council and local parish council design statements.
They've brought it all together for us and produced a great looking house that's ticked all the boxes for us and added a few little extra

We would highly recommend! Craig and Jack were highly professional and very easy to work with.
We had to make unforeseen last minute changes to the plans and Jack couldn't have been more helpful and efficient with a tight time frame. We felt the design was to a high standard and it was really useful to be able to talk this through with a virtual tour.

Craig took on the contract for a potential single dwelling development site for me last year.
Things got off to a good start as communication was swift and the plans he put together were pleasing to the eye, however as things progressed it quickly became apparent that he was a little inexperienced and out of his depth with this project.
Very early on in the planning process that due to his lack of planning law knowledge and experience with larger projects there was a lot of fatal errors made in both design and practicality that I have now learned are the basics at the design stage, these became
