Don't waste your money on this substandard product!
We got the sofa after much research and on photos it looked a great deal. It was delivered on time, but that was the best bit. The sofa itself came with a deformed back cushion which was replaced after multiple emails and followups. We got the sofa on 10 Sept 2021 and after three months of very little use, the fabric seems to be in shreds, the back cushions are again deformed and the base has sunk.
We have asked for a refund and do not want this product.. Highly disappointed.

Don’t waste your money or time with this company, quality of the sofa is appalling, had the sofa just over a year and it dips , creeks and arm rest is falling apart , me and partner work full time so we barely get chance to rest on the sofa so can’t understand why it looks like it’s been used so 15 years. Customer service isn’t the best. Asked for photos when the issue is internal?

Awful company, they do not honour their one year on fabric, foam & stitching policy as advertised on their website. The sofa we purchased had bobbling on it after only 5 months usage. They said they’d send out replacement cushions but told me on five different occasions that they had been dispatched, when they had not. Currently seeking legal advice. Avoid! ⛔️⛔️⛔️

Trust guys do not purchase from this place.
They’re terrible with communication if you have any issues.
I’m still waiting for a reply and it’s been 2 weeks.
I had to chase them for months in order to get them to come and fix the couch web purchased from them.
Currently trying to refund and send this couch back as we are not happy one bit with our experience.

You want a company that updates you and although there might be issues they try their best to do what’s best for the customer.

I looked long and hard for a new corner sofa (harder than anticipated) couldn’t find exactly what I wanted, but this came close, so I took a chance – bearing in mind your pretty much stuck with it once delivered. So glad I did, the sofa is lovely, and the seller is even better! 5yr guarantee, extras and spares if needed, UK based, customer support by email or landline. The sofa seems well-made, the seating cushions are a generous 60 cm and filled with foam a little firm, but I’m sure they’ll soften up in time. If like me, worried about buying from somewhere you can’t actually see and

I recently bought a Dino 2 and 3 seater suite and I am in love excellent value for money sturdy and strong frames with firm and comfortable cushions very stylish modern couches.
