After looking around a few shops for a new mattress i finally purchased one from Hamptons. I could not be happier with it and the salesperson was fantastic from start to finish. He was able to show me a couple of options which suited me and was not too pushy. The quality is great and cheaper than other stores i looked in. i would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and will be back in the future.

On the plus side, they sent swatches for colour, easy to order online and the drawers in divan are on runners. Otherwise a nightmare and I would not recommend: 3-4 weeks turned into nearly 6 and I was only aware of delay because I called them. Told a delivery day, moved old divan out and when I checked, was told it wasn’t in yet, so not going to be ready for at least another week. Had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for almost 2 weeks while I waited... arranged a second delivery day for my day off and 3 days before, they called to ‘confirm’ the day earlier when I was working. Atrocious experience using Hamptons Home Store. In summary, this company have very poor customer service, do not tell the truth, do not deliver when they say they will, are slow to process refunds and send the wrong items on the off chance they will be suitable.
