We aim to complete all repairs within 10 working days and stay on track with all manufacturers' expectations regardless of being in or out of warranty. If you're confident to fix your appliance yourself but require a spare part quickly, contact us with your model and serial number and we can provide a fast quotation.

If you wish to proceed, parts can be delivered direct to your door within 48 hours. We offer a set call out and labour fee of 110, with no hidden charges, irrelevant of how long the repairs take. This fee covers the cost of all labour, only charges to be expected on top would be for any additional spare parts if needed.

The staff who booked my engineer's call-out were efficient and communicated well by text & email. I was advised the previous day, if the engineer would come am or pm.
In advance of engineer's arrival I received a text to advise he was on his way & that I was his next job.
Slavcho was extremely polite, smart and efficient. He explained all the checks he was doing. He gave advice about which tablets to use for my machine. He was helpful & fixed our problem within 45 minutes.

Called to fix my Samsung fridge in Octobervafter it was shorting the kitchen circuit. Engineer came out and had to order parts. About 3 weeks later came back to 'fix'. Paid £280 to be done.
Fridge is in a vacant property and came back a month later to find the problem wasn't fixed and the kitchen circuit had again tripped and freezer defrosted.
Called we repair who sent someone out a few days later to say it was another fault which was causing the original short circuit and wanted to charge me another £180 for a problem which should have been fixed the 1st time around. AVOID.

My fridge/freezer suddenly stopped cooling, and this was two days before I had a family pre-Christmas dinner, as we will not all be together on the actual day.
I had excellent staff helping me on the phone, and did everything to arrange a next day engineer, despite it being a very busy time. The engineer arrived promptly and was excellent - unfortunately the appliance was unrepairable, and he talked me through the reasons why.
But I was impressed about the way the company tried to help as quickly as possible in view of the circumstances.

Only offered all day appointment so waited a week before engineer called. Did not receive a text re time of appt. the night before. He phoned 10 mins. before calling. He advised pressing "Reset" button would resolve problem and left. That evening dishwasher did not work properly and on phoning the next day was told a new control panel was required. Now I am waiting for a new dishwasher. Total waste of my time. Would not recommend We Repair.

Engineer turned up on time but not wearing a mask. Asked for the manual that came with the product, which didn't give me much confidence. Spent ages trying to fix the problem and finished by saying I can't do anything, it's the app and I fix machines. The office will be in touch. A week later we're still waiting. They knew it was the app so why send someone who couldn't fix it. Sigh.

I was very happy with the service set up by D&G through my insurance cover.
I had a fixed appointment for 20 /12 but it was rearranged for 2 days later. I was kept informed by email all along . In my case unlike many other reviews I’ve read here, my problem was only with the dishwasher door. However even if the machine had broken down I’m aware that engineers take longer at present.
On the day the engineer arrived (at the very end of AM timing) he was masked and very polite. He explained what he was doing to the door and had the replacement part all done in 20 minutes. I was very impressed

Two visits, the first attempt caused some upheaval because the detailed instructions left by me with your office to enter through our electric front gate and front door were not passed on to your operative and frantic phone calls found me on the pavement outside our block of flats looking for him as he claimed to be close-by. He never arrived so another appointment and another day anxiously waiting. The next operative was better briefed and arrived within the stated time frame as was the follow-up visit to fit parts.

I booked a repair via Domestic & General selecting Monday 20/12, D&G appointed We Repair Appliances.
My oven had developed a fault where it intermittently wouldn’t turn on or turned itself off, the door catch was faulty.
I received a text and email confirming the appointment, then I received another saying the repair was on Tuesday 21/12.
I phoned D&G who confirmed the 21/12.
A day or two later, I received a further text/email from We Repair Appliances telling me the repair date was Saturday 18/12, no contact asking if this 3rd date was convenient.
I phoned WRA who said they couldn’t repair

Engineer arrived first day to assess work needed to be done and returned five days later and repaired my Belling dual oven Cooker. He was punctual polite and left cooker in perfect working order.

After our oven stopped working we initially had an engineer out within a few days to look at it. They diagnosed the problem with the fan and the element and also advised that our grill element was looking in bad shape and also needed replacement (it looked like it had melted).
Unfortunately, due to problems with Britannia parts not being easily available it was around 2-3 months before they were able to come out and actually fit the replacements. Fortunately we were able to use the non-fan elements and the grill during this time.
When the parts came into stock they quickly made an appointment
