My mum used this company for her John Lewis dishwasher after John Lewis didn't want to know as it was outside of warranty. They were very patient and understanding for my strictly technophobe mum and fixed the door catch on the spot. He even came back the next day when my mum thought the dishwasher was broken still but she didn't know how to use it properly. Brilliant Service.

Our oven stopped working and so I got in contact with Eric. He came round the same day and repaired the oven. He was professional and very reasonably priced. Some tradespeople are so good you hang onto their details should you need them again. Eric is one of them.

Eric should wear a SUPER HERO cape! He fully saved the day. Our dishwasher was not draining 2 days before a family break. He was able to fit us in between two jobs and arrived within an hour which is UNHEARD of! I had tried at least 10 other companies to no avail. He not solved a very messy problem with good chat, charm and a professional vibe. Would I recommend this guy. YARP! It's a HUGE YES from me! THANK YOU Eric. Pricing reasonable too. You made a huge difference - this family would have been rowing like crazy without you! FIVE STAR. 10/10. TOP MARKS.

We recently required a repair to our oven and having looked for a local repair business in Watford, came across ESH Appliance Repairs. I rang Eric about the issue and he arrived within the hour. Eric was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the problem (element replacement) quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to use Eric's services again.
