I started Able Appliances back in 2009 having previously worked for two local companies in the North West London area. At the time it was just myself carrying out the repairs, answering the phone, invoicing and everything in between. As I found more and more happy customers the business quickly grew to where we are today which is a team of four engineers with full time office support.

Our extensive van stocks have all the spare parts for common faults that may include the oven not heating or a faulty switch.

With the busy lives we all live having the dishwasher doing its job is essential to the running of the household. Whether your dishwasher is free standing or built in to the cabinet able appliances are more than capable in carry out the repair and getting the appliance back to working order.

I had a hunch that the heating element in our oven had gone kaput. After a quick chat with the office team, they had already arranged to procure the necessary part. Consequently, the engineer arrived equipped with it, swiftly resolving the issue on the spot. Their proactive approach, efficiency, and prompt response were truly commendable.

Tom of Able Appliances came to fix a fault on our gas hob and service it. It proved a tricky problem to fix and it took three or four visits before it was satisfactory . He replaced some parts and then, as it still wasn't right, he replaced other parts for no extra charge because there was a guarantee on the original repair. The labour charge on the first visit was very reasonable because it covered all subsequent labour to fit the parts he said were needed and all further visits. Tom is knowledgeable, courteous, very pleasant and extremely helpful. I will definitely use him again when the need arises.

Engineer calls me today at 8am to let me know he will be here for 10am today. I arranged to take time out from work even though i have a extremely busy schedule today but still as i work local i arranged around 9:45am to leave work and make sure im there for the engineer at 10am. On my way to work i received 2 missed private number calls around 840am and a voicemail. As i could not return the call i listened to the voicemail and the engineer has turned up to my house at 8:40am and is threatening on the phone he will leave in 5 minutes if no one answers the door or if no one is going to come to

What an appalling service. We live in an age where you can shop around but decide to go with a company that gives good customer service, however what a bad choice that ended up being. Unprofessional staff, don't know the meaning of good customer services, and certainly do not put their customers first. All they care about is money, whether they complete the job or not, and then will want more money when they need to be called again for an unfinished job. What a disgrace, I will be reporting you to trading standards and demand a refund for the extra unnecessary bookings I needed to make.

Very disappointed with the service we received very rude and abrupt staff they have zero customer service. The promises this company makes are all lies, the engineer was not professional at all they stated over the phone and also on their website the engineer will call 30 mins before arrival but this was not the case he turned up without any prior notice and demanded for me to be at the property within afew minutes otherwise he is leaving, which he did! when I called the store the lady that answered was not helpful at all she was rude and used a very aggressive tone towards me..
