I would not use them phone told them the prob and the code that came up sent two men out . did not know how to fix it sad that would go back to the office andsee some one that would .No one phone me i had to phone them then sad we cant fix it if you want a litter job ok wast of time now got it fix by some sad it was no prob has i give him the code before he came out

Dave came out and assessed the problem on my cooker hood. He had to order a transformer for it. Part just took a couple of days to come through. A follow up call was made and the same engineer came out with the replacement part and fitted it. Dave is a Senior engineer at J K Domestics and carried out a first class job. Would highly recommend.

Be wary! I called for a dishwasher repair. I knew what the problem was but they insisted an engineer come to visit, which he duly did.
He examined my dishwasher, told me the problem (which I already knew) and said he would order the part. He said the office would call asking for payment for the visit. This was £78 which I thought was steep. A week later I received a phone call saying they were unable to get the part- so I’m £78 poorer but much, much wiser

Engaged JK Domestics to fix a fridge freezer early December 19. By the 17th Feb after paying them £300, our appliance was still not working.
What JK Domestics are good at is excuses as to why they haven’t called you back or why parts haven’t turned up, or why people from other companies being off sick mean they cannot proceed with your job.
We did end up with a £250 refund, but they refused to refund £48 of the call out charge. So we basically paid for an engineer to tell us it was broken. We already knew that!
They did say that the charge was to cover the inspection report. I’ve asked

Booked one appointment to fix broken oven, waited in all day and the engineer apparently 'went to the wrong house' even though that is almost impossible using any sort of Maps application or sat nav. Also was told that someone tried to call me which is another lie, no calls received all day. Rearranged the visit for the week after, requested that someone come first thing in the morning before all other jobs given the issues with my first visit, and as I wasn't able to take another full day off work. By 1pm no one had attended so cancelled the job. Got a refund instead from Repair Care who were

Called them out to look at my nans dryer 6 weeks ago and the man who came out was sound said the part they Need would be in stock in the next week, so after 10 days I called to which I was told the part is in stock and will be in our next delivery. A week later called got told the exact same word for word its in stock just waiting to be picked up. Then I reviewed a text saying the part won’t be in stock until next week and when I called to see why I had been told twice it is I was called a liar and the lad had not said this. It’s taken 7 weeks for this mess to be sorted as someone is ‘supposed’
