I am disguisted at the level of communication and response towards this business's loyal customers. A friend had a machine from Conwy Electrical 4 months ago and the motor packs up. Friend rang several times to sort it out and wouldn't even respond to the calls and or if they did on one occasion made promises they didn't keep. Wouldn't recommend to anyone after that. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Rang them up to call out the nxt day before 12 and was told they would see me then
I waited in all morning for a NO show of them rang them up to get no answer so kept calling to eventually about 3 got an answer to be told someone would call me back
Waited over 1& 1/2 hrs and no call so rang back at 4-30pm and told them i no longer require their services
Very poor 😡

I bought a fridge freezer on Friday & it was delivered yesterday, very punctual!
I went into there new shop in Birkenhead market where there was a very helpful lady.
The fridge freezer that I chose happened to be a bit bigger than the one that I was replacing, the gentleman who delivered it was very understanding & eventually got it in after quite a bit of a struggle, he even put my old one in my garden for me.
I am very happy with the appliance.
I would highly recommend Conway electrical services.

Bought a fridge of these guys today and can't believe cause we were desperate for a fridge cause mine broke they could not deliver it till the next day then stood and watched my disabled husband try and load it into his car alone and never offered to help. Will tell everyone I know not to shop here.
