Phoned up to ask about a new filter for my hotpoint washing machine. The guy on the phone discussed the part I told him that it had happened before and I called out an engineer who changed this apart. Rather than pay mega bucks for an engineer I decided this time to replace it myself. He if I had cleaned it and if I had then it shouldn’t need replacing. He had an easy sale I was willing to pay what ever amount to get the part but he sacrificed the sale to give me the best advice. Used this shop many times they are always helpful and honest can not recommend them highly enough 😀

I called after describing the problem on the washing machine. On arrival at the shop with the part I'd taken off, the assistant said that he would check the part for me before changing it. He said the old part seemed fine and told me to check something else on the machine before fitting the new part. His knowledge was exactly correct and after rectifying this I returned the new pump for a refund. I will definitely use them again.

I could not recommend this company highly enough. I rang them yesterday as my mum had a problem on her Bosch washing machine. The guy on the phone could not be any more helpful. He clearly explained all his very competitive prices and then asked me to try spinning the drum and if there was a noise the bearings had gone so to save a call out charge. When I rang them to cancel the call they were very courteous. Honest, helpful advise. I have saved their number and will certainly be using them again. Thank you 👍

I called to get someone out to repair my washing machine, as it was making a terrible noise during the spin cycle. They told me that it sounds like the bolt has gone on the drum and it's much cheaper for me to get the work carried out by the manufacturer. They were totally right and saved ne over £50.00 by being honest even though they lost out on business. I can't recommend them enough. I have previously had my machine repaired by them and they did a great job and had it back to me in less than 8 hours. 😁

I Would highly recommend them , I Had an issue with my washing machine door , I requested an engineer to come and look at it they where fully booked till end of the week . They suggested I bring the door in so they could tell me if it was the door catch or the interlock . I was going to buy the parts and try and fix myself as I cant survive… without my washing machine , I brought it in it was neither something had broken off on the door . I rang MDA up after they were rcommended by another company. Two members of staff to confirm that it would be more cost effective to get a new machine. Went in on Tuesday lunchtime and the machine was very efficiently installed by 3.30 on Thursday. The engineer who arrived to remove old machine, and install the new one. I was charged £240 for machine and service. He also took away the packaging form the new machine and gave a demonstration of my new machine ! Top notch ! 😁
