Founded in 1988 by Chris Bonsey, The Loft Conversion Company has been operating from its offices, a converted stable loft in Westcott, since 1990. We've been specialising in loft conversions throughout Surrey and bordering county towns ever since. Despite our success in the market place we are, and intend to remain, a tightly knit, locally based family company.
Our work covers all the main bordering county towns such as Horsham, East Grinstead in Sussex, along with Teddington and Twickenham. This tight geographical spread means we can deliver our service and product on time, maintaining our high standards. That's what you expect and what we're known for. That's why people recommend us.

It is not often that your neighbours compliment you on your builders, especially when you live in a mid-terrace period property located in a narrow road, with little parking.. well with us and the Loft Conversion Company they did!
We found our experience with them totally professional, they are specialists in what they do, and were extremely helpful in refining our vision and delivering that. We had a good idea of what we wanted but we definitely benefitted from their experience and ideas as to how little changes could make a huge difference to us, and they did.

I can highly recommend the loft conversion company. Fantastic service from start to finish . The specifications were outlined very clearly at the start, they really care about the results and worked with us to produce an amazing loft space. The whole team helped us along the way and were always on hand to answer questions and discuss options. The team when on site always worked with professionalism and went the extra mile for us.

Provided the best quote by a long way! They weren't quite the cheapest but right from the start they were the only company out of 5 who could actually give us a visual proposal and listened to what we wanted to do to create something we wanted, rather than just provide a written quote for a generic conversion.

These guys are genuinely amazing! Brilliant pre-start advice, they really listened to what we wanted and were on top of all the possibilities, regulations and how we could make the most of the space.
The build started and ended when they said it would, and the final cost was exactly what they said it would be. We were kept well informed all the way through.
All of the tradesmen were absolutely lovely to have on site, arrived when they said they would, did five star work, and cleaned up incredibly thoroughly afterwards.

Human size company. They have the basic customer care concept. Super professional. Alex was amazing guy that was in charge of the build. Overall polite people with respect of clients. Always answer quickly to request even after building is completed. Always small issues on cost of side requests but this is part of the game. Time management perfect. Overall great company spirit. Great job super happy with our new loft conversion.
